Hiking in the Dolomites: the peak of pleasures
The Helm is a mountain on the border and is a central turntable for hikers in Hochpustertal. The panorama cable car from Sexten and the cable car from Vierschach provides comfortable access to Helm, at 2.050 m. On the Helm you can enjoy the most beautiful view to the chain of peaks in the Sexten Dolomites.
In the roomy Helmrestaurant - which has a children's playground, cosy parlour and a large sun terrace - connoisseurs can abandon themselves to special tasty treats.

The area offers fun and entertainment for the whole family, and provides nice surprises and activities for children of all ages. They can visit the reindeers for example at the Rotwand, or go on an adventurous trip on the Helm at sunrise.
Rotwand: A secret tip in Hochpustertal
The cable car - which has a valley station in the district of Bad Moos - goes up into the family-friendly hiking paradise of the Rotwandwiesen, surrounded by the majestic Dolomite massif. Here there are any amount of hiking paths for adults and space for children to romp around.

Enjoy the fresh air and the wonderful mountain panorama. Hike on routes - which range from leisurely to challenging - or climb into the majestic mountains. Or visit the reindeer on the Rotwand, an especially nice experience for children!
Haunold: hiking in South Tyrol for the family
The hiking area of Haunold, which has a 4-seater chairlift and the first Funbob run in South Tyrol, is especially popular with its family atmosphere. The summer toboggan run especially and the children's playground at the mountain station provides fun for young and old.
